In 1958 our father Louis J. Fanelli and his brother Fred bought their first truck. They leased on with a local company in Pottsville, PA hauling general commodities to New York on a daily basis.
In 1961 Lou negotiated his first big transportation agreement with the US Government.
Lou and Fred did not limit themselves to government business, they soon diversified Fanelli Brothers Trucking Company into a common and contract carrier hauling freight of all kinds throughout the United States and Canada.
